Dr. Hyun Hong is the Medical Director of Bellevue Skin and Wellness, a premier clinic specializing in advanced laser technology and integrative wellness solutions. With a background in anesthesiology, pain management, and regenerative medicine, Dr. Hong combines medical expertise with cutting-edge tools like BBL HERO, HALO, and ProFractional. Heather Hourigan is a licensed Master Aesthetician with over 10 years of experience in top medical spas, working alongside plastic surgeons and dermatologists. Recently relocated from Michigan to the Pacific Northwest, she holds dual state licenses and was named Washtenaw County’s top aesthetician in 2024.

Heather specializes in Sciton laser treatments—including BBL, MOXI, and HALO—targeting aging, pigmentation, rosacea, scarring, and more. A graduate of the National Laser Institute, she also offers expert facial treatments like chemical peels, dermaplaning, and personalized skincare solutions.
